Original paintings may be returned in perfect, unaltered condition when you contact me within three days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped in the original packaging with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance for the full value of the artwork. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Limited-edition prints, open-edition prints, reproductions, and commissioned artwork are final sale. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. For the protection of your artwork, all original painting deliveries require a signature upon arrival, so please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
